Book Your Hotel Room!

Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico Taxes and Resort Fee: The guest room rate is quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, which is currently 9% government occupancy tax per room, per night. A resort fee of $45 per room, per night, plus applicable 9% tax, discounted from $65, will also be charged. The resort fee covers resort activities and amenities such as fitness center access, in-room bottled water, upgraded in-room wireless internet, guest transportation services around resort and common areas, access to tennis and pickleball courts and equipment, welcome drink upon arrival, nightly entertainment at lobby bar, filtered water stations throughout the property, kayaking and paddleboarding, and in-room coffee and tea.

Additionally, a daily maid gratuity fee of $3.35 USD plus 11.5% service tax, per room night will be charged to each individual room folio.

Guest Room Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to 11:59 p.m. local time the day of arrival date to avoid penalty fee of one (1) night room rate and tax. An early departure fee of one (1) night room and tax will be applied if an attendee checks out prior to the scheduled departure date without notifying the hotel at check-in.

Traveling

The hotel is conveniently located 23 miles (38 minutes) from the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU).

Please note that Puerto Rico is a U.S. Territory and therefore does not require a passport to travel to.

The preferred option for transport to and from the hotel is via the hotel’s transportation partner, First Class Destination. Shared airport transportation services can be booked at the rate of $44 per person, each way, plus applicable booking fee. Book shared transportation here.

Additionally, you may book a private transfer for up to 12 guests with luggage. Fees range from $200-$350 one way. Price includes service charges and applicable taxes. Book a private transfer here.

Ubers are also readily available at the airport and surrounding areas at the hotel.

Pools
You won’t find a larger pool on the island than the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve’s sprawling lagoon-style pool, featuring a swim-up bar serving cool drinks and creative cocktails. Kids can play in the resort’s kid’s pool, while those looking for more relaxing swim can head to the Regency Club quiet pool.

Onsite Restaurants
One of the great benefits of the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico is all of the dining options on property. Whether you are craving sushi, steak, or Puerto Rican specialties, you’ll find something you desire at one of the give Rio Grande restaurants and three bars. Wake up to a Caribbean buffet, grab snacks at one of the food trucks, and the enjoy an elegant dinner at Nori, the Asian fusion restaurant. There is something for everyone.
