Discounted Group Rate: $349 per night plus applicable taxes and resort fee

JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Taxes and Resort Fee: The guest room rate is quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, which are currently 12.5% occupancy tax per room, per night. A resort fee of $25 per room, per night, plus applicable taxes, discounted from $45, will also be charged. The resort fee covers resort activities and amenities such as fitness center access, in-room bottled water, upgraded in-room wireless internet, Activity Garden Golf on the amenity deck and shuttle to Disney Parks and to Disney Springs.

Guest Room Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received five (5) days prior to the arrival date. Failure to do so will result in a penalty fee of two (2) nights’ room and tax. An early departure fee of one (1) night room and tax will be applied if an attendee checks out prior to the scheduled departure date without notifying the hotel at check-in.

Room Type Needs: If you have a special need such as adjoining rooms, suite upgrades, a room type requirement vs. preference (King vs. Queen), please call the hotel directly and reference 2024 PMA Annual Meeting or specify this in the ‘Additional Request’ box during hotel reservation booking online. Additionally you may email Katlyn Stratis your requirements to ensure your needs are accommodated.

Travel

The hotel is conveniently located 21 miles (28 minutes) from the Orlando International Airport (MCO)

The preferred option to get to the hotel is rideshare/taxi. All airports have rideshare (Uber/Lyft) and taxi pickup.

PARKING

Self-parking and valet parking is available at the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek.

Valet: $52 daily plus 6.5% tax
Self-Park: $36 daily plus 6.5% tax

Pools
The JW Marriott Bonnet Creek has one large resort pool that features poolside cabanas and daybed rentals. Additionally, there is an adults-only pool and jacuzzi. Located between the two areas, there is a small splash pad.

Hidden Garden Kids Club & Family by JW Activities
Family by JW creates activities and experiences for the whole family to cherish. From The Hidden Garden Kids Club, Kids Crafts, Mount Chelonia Rock Wall to Garden Golf, there is plenty to keep little ones busy. Please visit the activity page above for more information regarding reservations for full-day and half-day programs. Additionally, Friday and Saturday late-night programs may be for babysitting services.

Disney Parks Shuttle
The complimentary shuttle to Disney World Parks runs constantly throughout the day, often every hour depending on the park of your choosing. Guests may reserve seats up to 5 days in advance through the online shuttle reservation system. Please be sure to make a reservation for your return service as well.

Disney Springs
Additionally, the complimentary hotel shuttle runs to Disney Springs. This a great offsite activity for the entire family, as it features hundreds of shops, restaurants, bars and attractions such as the Lego Store, Splitsville, and the Vintage Amphicar Tours.
