Molly Hopper
Global EHS&S Compliance Assurance Leader, GE Appliances Molly Hopper

Molly Hopper is the statewide chair for the WiM Tennessee chapter and past graduate of the Leadership Lab for Women; she has been an active member of WiM since 2016. She began her career in manufacturing at Monogram Refrigeration LLC. in 2003, serving as an industrial engineer for seven years. In 2009, she became the Environmental Health & Safety Leader for the site.  Then, in 2017, Molly transferred to a role on the corporate Environmental Health & Safety team, based out of Louisville, KY as the Chemical Management Leader.  Since then, she has moved to her current role as the Global EHS Compliance Assurance & Digital Technology Leader, supporting sites in North America and Asia. Molly graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a BS in Industrial Engineering in 2001 and currently resides in Henderson, TN with her husband of 23 years, three kids, and three dogs.


Suzan Phelps
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Associated Packaging, Inc. Suzan Phelps

Suzan Phelps is the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Associated Packaging, Inc. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Prior to joining Associated Packaging five years ago, Suzan held various positions in the aerospace and firearms manufacturing industries, including process engineering, quality assurance, continuous improvement and procurement. These roles involved heat treating, sheet metal forming, brazing/welding, chemical processing, machining and assembly.


Angela Reed
Owner, HRC Steel Supply LLC Angela Reed

Angela Reed is the Owner of HRC Steel Supply LLC specializing in steel sourcing.  Her love of manufacturing began as Materials Manager of Steel at Varco Pruden (now BlueScope Buildings NA).  Angela’s 25-year steel career has taken her through JMS Russel Metals, Mississippi Steel Processing and Reibus.  All have given her a well-rounded understanding of a customer’s needs at every point in the process.  In AWMI, Angela has served as Membership Chair in the TN Chapter and Secretary of the Southern Region.  She has served as Secretary and Chair of the Steel Buyers Forum of the Institute of Supply Management (ISM).  Currently, she is a board member on the AMPD (Association of Metals Processors and Distributors) board of FMA (Fabricator & Manufacturers Association).


Caitlin Sickles
Partner, Policy Resolution Group at Bracewell, LLP Caitlin Sickles

Caitlin Sickles is a partner in the Policy Resolution Group at Bracewell LLP. For over a decade, she has supported major corporations, industry associations and nonprofit organizations in advancing their advocacy priorities and achieving their business objectives by strengthening their brands and enhancing the way they communicate with their target audiences. She works in sectors including manufacturing, consumer products, national security, healthcare, energy and the environment.  Caitlin is part of the Precision Metalforming Association’s advocacy team in Washington, DC. Alongside her colleagues at Bracewell and The Franklin Partnership, she works with PMA to shape the association’s public presence and strengthen its advocacy efforts through traditional and social media. Caitlin served on the Women in Manufacturing (WiM) board of directors for three years, including on the board’s executive committee.  Caitlin is a co-host of the Talking with One Voice podcast and is online on LinkedIn and X at @caitlinsickles. 


Jackie Stachowski
Processing Solutions Manager, Nucor Steel Inc Jackie Stachowski

Jackie Stachowski is currently the Processing Solutions Manager at Nucor Steel.  In this role, she focuses on supply chain optimization and processing efficiency.  During her career, Jackie has held positions in quality, technical services, applications engineering, sales, and product management.  She is currently an officer in the Detroit Chapter of the Association of Women in the Metal Industries.  Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and she’s an active member of Nucor’s recruiting team for her alma mater.  Nucor is North America’s largest steel and steel products company and a world leader in clean, sustainable steel production.
