- 11:00 a.m.-3:45 p.m. ET – Exhibitor Move In and Set Up
- 4:00 p.m. – Exhibits and Cash Bar Open
- 4:30 p.m. – Food Stations Open
- 5:15 p.m. – Raffle prize drawings begin (every 30 min.)
- 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. – Recognizing Women of Excellence in Metal Forming
- 8:00 p.m. – Exhibits Close
Raffle drawings will take place at 5:15, 5:45, 6:15, 6:45, 7:15 and 7:45.
Winner must be present.

Attendance to the Cleveland Suppliers Night is free. Included with your complimentary admission are hors d'oeuvres, soft drinks, raffle prize drawing entry and cash bar. Drink tickets will be sold along with additional raffle ticket entries. Credit cards will be accepted.
