Spring 2022

Chris Samson – Waukesha Community Technical College, Welding Engineering

Scholarship Amount
- PMA Educational Foundation: $500
- Wisconsin District: $500
- Total: $1,000

Chris always enjoyed learning how things were designed and constructed from a young age. As he progressed throughout his career, he utilized his technical background to focus on how systems and processes work. Over 15 years, he’s improved his skills and used his analytical decision-making to great use. He currently strives to create efficiency and improve a company’s competitive edge in the marketplace by streamlining operations. He was placed on the academic dean's list for maintaining a 4.0 GPA while juggling being a husband and a father of two (one being a newborn).

He earned his Lean certificate through WCTC and is studying to earn his CQE. Chris’ long-term aspiration is to work his way to quality manager and eventually to a senior management level in the company. He is goal orientated and a great leader.
