Yene Habte chose to study mechanical engineering because he had always wanted to work in the technical or manufacturing sector and believes that he would be successful in this career. Yene plans to acquire a diploma in CNC machining and have comprehensive knowledge in this field. He is committed to learning and mastering the principles of CNC programming, machine setup and operations, and becoming a skilled machinist. Through hands-on training and coursework, Yene aims to develop a deep understanding of various CNC machine types and their applications, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings.
With Yene currently working at Seagate Technology as a manufacturing specialist, he still has many goals that he would love to pursue. His career goal is to become a CNC machinist, a profession he has chosen due to his fascination with precision engineering and the art of creating intricate components with cutting-edge technology. Yene believes this career will offer him a combination of technical skills and creativity. His educational goals will enable Yene to provide a better life for his family and set a strong example for his children while he emphasizes the value of education and hard work.
