Struggling to fix skills gaps or find people ready to work? You can fix that and boost productivity, get new employees from “door to floor” fast and ready, and reskill/upskill your current employees all in a one-stop, cost-effective training platform. From the shop floor to the top floor, METALFORM EDU is THE online training choice.

Need something more hands-on, live, and instructor-led? Our technical seminars can be attended in-person or virtually and help your technical employees go deeper into skills, reinforce our online learning EDU platform, and provide essential peer networking opportunities.

Prefer “nibbling” on bite-size learning with big value? PMA delivers virtual learning opportunities each month that cover a wide range of topics related to industry statistics and benchmarking, workforce development, legal and regulatory updates, technical training and more.
