Since a young age, Alec Rees has had a passion for working with his hands. He loves the fact that a career in manufacturing will allow him to be hands-on and create unique things to solve unique problems. Alec feels confident that a career in manufacturing will allow him to solve advanced problems in the world. 

Alec’s work experience included working as a manufacturing engineer at Designatronics. He looks forward to continuing his career with the choices he makes along his path. 

After Alec graduates, he imagines himself working with shops to make custom parts for vehicles. He is motivated by his career choice because he likes to make improvements to things and enjoys creating unique and one-off components. It fascinates Alec that the possibilities are endless for what he can create with manufacturing skills. He is determined to use the skills and knowledge he gains to improve upon and develop new products that benefit society.
