Webinar

This year brings significant uncertainty to the North American economy as the election seasons aligned for both Mexico and the United States.

Join PMA Mexico on November 25 as Omar S. Nashashibi, PMA’s lobbyist in Washington, D.C., will provide his insights into the election outcomes, how the two new leaders will affect trade relations, and the consequences of a U.S.-Mexico-Canada (USMCA) free trade agreement review already underway.

In July 2026, Washington and Mexico City must decide with Canadian leaders whether the parties will remain in the USMCA for an additional 16 years. The U.S. Government has begun its internal review process of the historic trade agreement with significant implications across all borders. This presentation will review the U.S. election results and how changes in administration on both sides of the border will impact the flow of trade and state of tariffs and duties moving forward.
