PROGRAM DETAILS
PMA has created the Leadership and Mentoring Academy (LMA) to support the next generation of metalforming leadership and allow veteran industry professionals to share their expertise and insight.
Mentoring is a win-win-win situation, as it helps the “mentee" become more proficient at his or her job, it is good for the mentor to “give back" by sharing wisdom and it helps the industry by developing well-rounded, knowledgeable professionals. Our aim is to retain talent in the metalforming industry and support them as they advance
The 12-month LMA experience began in January 2017, and includes with a 2.5-day professionally facilitated leadership-development workshop for mentees, scheduled for February 28-March 2, 2017.
Registration for the 2017 LMA program is closed. Information about the 2018 program will be available later this year.
