Jake Hall, Industry Advocate & Keynote Speaker, The Manufacturing Millennial
Jake talks about the latest technology in the automation and manufacturing while making it engaging for all audiences. He is an experienced sales professional with extensive knowledge building lasting business relationships across multiple accounts, designing sales strategies, and creating and accomplishing project goals. Proficiency in creating new business opportunities with existing and new accounts by leveraging key strengths and maintain customer relationships.
Jake graduated from Grand Valley State University with his bachelor’s in Product Design and Manufacturing Engineering and a minor in Biomedical Engineering. He worked during college in the automation, furniture and product design industries as well as starting a company after receiving investments and winning business and pitch competitions.
Andy Melang, Business Development/Program Manager, Ultratech Tool and Design
Andy is a business professional with experience in the metalworking/manufacturing industry. Current position involves business development and program management of stamping programs at Ultratech Tool & Design.
Ultratech is a world class manufacturer of stamping dies and metal stampings, adding value to the supply chains of our customers with a turnkey approach reducing upfront costs and lead times, thus streamlining communications which provide us the ability for rapid response.
Andy has a Bachelor of Business Adminstration degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Fond du Lac.
David Klotz, President, Precision Metalforming Association
David Klotz became president of PMA in February 2019. Prior to that, he was president and executive vice president of sales and marketing for Tebis America, a developer of CAD and CAM software for the tool, die and mold manufacturing industries. He also previously served as senior manager of the Plex Automotive & Industrial Mid-Market sales team for eight years, and was a manager at Dallas Industries, Inc., for 12 years.
