Brian Ellerman is the Nonqualified Plan Regional Vice President in the Great Lakes Region for the Principal Financial Group®. In this role, he leads the consulting, plan design and onboarding processes with distribution partners and their clients/prospective plan sponsors. Brian joined Principal in 2014 and has more than 30 years of experience and expertise specializing in the Nonqualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC) and broader executive benefits arenas.

Lorraine Grod, Regional Director, Principal Nonqualified Plans
Lorraine Grod is the Nonqualified Plan Regional Director in the Great Lakes Region for the Principal Financial Group®. In the role, she is responsible for the cultivation of distribution partners through multiple channels, providing education, sales leadership and point-of-sale support for an integrated delivery of a suite of nonqualified solutions. Lorraine joined Principal in May 2022 bringing with her over 30 years of industry expertise and experience. She has had valuable sales, consulting, client relationship, and team management positions.
