“Show Me the Money” - Securing Workforce Training Funds in a Competitive Economy
Training employees is the surefire way to improve productivity, efficiency and retention in your company. And it’s critical to get your new people from the door to the floor, quickly trained and ready to work. “That all costs money,” you say? Well, it doesn’t have to.
Plenty of funding opportunities for workforce development are out there, but they vary from state to state. We know the research can be overwhelming, so don’t swim the sea of information on your own! Join PMA on Thursday, October 27 at noon ET, as we show you where to find training funds and why PMA’s online training platform, METALFORM EDU, gives you the biggest bang for those training bucks.
