Established in 1988, J-Tech's specialty is In-Die and Secondary Assembly of products including pierce nuts / studs, clinch nuts / studs (RB&W, Profil, Arnold, Kerb Konus, Rifast, Ramco, Stanley, etc.), Norglide bushings and locator pins. In-Die tooling for installing product top down, bottom up or cam action within progressive or transfer dies. Tooling incorporates setting force control and positive slug eject where applicable. Secondary assembly solutions include stand alone operator load die sets, operator load machines, robot load mancines and complete robot cells. Our quality tooling / machines are typically used in high volume automotive applications.
