Company Description

Batesville Tool & Die, Inc is a manufacturer of stampings, and assemblies. We have mechanical, servo, and hydraulic presses ranging from 50-ton to 1,200-ton utilizing progressive and mechanical transfer die concepts to blank, form, and deep draw stamped components. We have a variety of assembly concepts, including MIG and resistant welding as well as manual, semi, and fully automated robotic cell operations. We have a technical engineering department supporting die, gauge, and fixture designs. We provide engineering support to our customers to enhance part designs with simulation and prototyping to assist in achieving world class products. BTD has full tooling capability to design and build tools, support engineering changes, and promote continuous improvement activities for the life of the program.
