Clifford Croley has owned and operated numerous businesses and created a national middle-market, high-impact, turnaround practice for a national advisory firm.  He started as an operator, generating high-value impact for owners of middle-market companies and has owned and operated numerous businesses. Clifford actively participates at the Board level and as Board special advisor with significant private equity firms and has earned B.S., M.S., and MBA degrees.

Michael W. Martell
Michael30-year turnaround, workout, and crisis management professional with clients ranging in revenue size from $10 million to $500 million
Michael Martell has been CEO, COO and CFO at significant turnaround clients and is an outstanding cash manager in complex situations. He began his career in public accounting, migrating to operating or advising companies in various forms of distress. Michael has a B.S. and is a CPA.

Brandon M. Croley

Brandon Croley focuses on development of strategic turnaround and business plans, cash flow and liquidity forecasting / liquidity management programs, and evaluating operational performance and profitability improvement opportunities. He has a B.S. in Business from Miami University (OH) and has previously worked in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group at Mesirow Financial and in the Turnaround & Restructuring group at Alvarez & Marsal in New York.

Michael S. Mehwald
Michael32-year automotive industry executive having previously served as Executive VP of $125 million global automotive stamping supplier with managerial oversight on the launch of approximately 2,500 significant automotive programs
Previously, Michael Mehwald was an executive with an automotive stamping operation, overseeing the company’s growth from 60 employees to over 900 through global expansion. He is experienced with Lean Manufacturing and Japanese quality systems, expectations and has a B.A. in Management / Finance.
