What is your Margin Intelligence or “mIQ”?  Companies with a low mIQ struggle with costing and estimating processes that do more harm than good. The result is inaccurate or misleading information that negatively impacts margin, cash flow and growth. At the other end of the spectrum, companies with a high mIQ have access to timely, accurate data to fuel decision-making that increases profit and market share. This presentation will highlight the four key areas needed to build a sustainable path to a high mIQ.
