More than 200 metalformers took part in the 2025 Metal Stamping Technology Conference in Nashville at the end of January. The conference featured three days of networking, keynote presentations, educational sessions and visits with many leading industry suppliers.

Check out the photos from the conference!

Day 1: Early Arrivals Meet and Greet at Ole Red
You can’t come to Nashville and not head down to Broadway! The conference kicked off Monday evening with attendees, speakers and sponsors gathering at Ole Red for great food and drinks and some amazing live music.

Day 2: Benchmarking, AI, Servo Press and Networking
Laurie Harbour was the opening keynote speaker for the third year in a row! She provided insights into the current state of the industry and trends to watch for in 2025 and beyond. Laurie was followed by industry experts who covered: artificial intelligence, automation, servo press technology, deep draw and in-die transfer technology.

After the conclusion of the presentations for the day, the networking reception began, allowing attendees the opportunity to visit with conference exhibitors and sponsors.

Day 3: Formability, Die Protection and Training
The last day of the conference featured John Panozzo of GE Appliances, a Haier company, as the closing keynote. John discussed GE Appliances’ new zero distance formability/feasibility process.

Following John, industry experts covered numerous topics of importance to every metal stamper: die protection, training your workforce and tips to optimize your press shop.

Looking Ahead to 2026
The Metal Stamping Technology Conference combines great technical presentations with strategic data on the metalforming industry to help attendees plan and grow their businesses. We will return to Nashville in 2026 on February 2-4. More information will be available late summer 2025.
