Industry Trends Dinner and Networking at Link Systems

The PMA Tennessee District invites you to dinner and networking at Link Systems on August 29. Featuring prestigious guest speakers from PMA's One Voice advocacy team and PMA's Member Savings partner, Ehlke Law Offices. With the upcoming elections and new and proposed regulations and legislation, this is a must-attend event to stay ahead of government and business-critical industry trends.

Introductions and updates from PMA Tennessee District officers highlight the agenda. Make plans to attend! Space is limited!

MEET THE SPEAKERS:

Doug Elhke

Douglas B.M. Ehlke – Owner, Elhke Law Offices

Doug Ehlke is the founder of Ehlke Law Offices. Certified by NTBA as a specialist in civil trial and pretrial, Doug has tried jury and nonjury workplace accident cases across the country for more than 35 years. He counsels companies on occupational safety and health and has helped them establish compliance safety programs and procedures. His cases have helped shape the law on unpreventable employee misconduct, when deference is inappropriate, the requirement of fair notice from administrative agency regulations, lockout-tagout, fall protection, the application of machine guarding standards, noise regulations, search warrants and more. PMA member companies receive three free hours of expert legal consultation from Doug each year.

Omar Nashashibi

Omar Nashashibi – Partner, The Franklin Partnership

Omar Nashashibi is a founding partner of The Franklin Partnership, LLC, the bipartisan Washington, D.C.-based government relations firm that represents PMA’s interests before Congress and the Administration. Omar has more than 25 years of experience working with policymakers, politicians and the media. Prior to The Franklin Partnership, Omar worked for the Office of Management and Budget. Earlier in his career, he served as a research assistant at the Institute for Public Accuracy, promoting policy to the media. In 1995, he began his career in Washington, D.C. covering congressional and agency hearings for a nationwide nonprofit publication.
