Frank Spinelli is the managing director at InsureOne Benefits, Inc. He has more than 30 years of experience in management and business ownership. Prior to leading InsureOne, Frank led the Affinity Group & Emerging Market book of business at Oswald Companies. In addition to extensive product and carrier knowledge, his benefits expertise has included development of integrated health management strategies comprised of extensive use of consumer-driven plans and innovations like the ezICHRA platform. His knowledge of both the group and individual health markets creates an opportunity to bring unique perspectives and solutions to the risk management challenges faced by organizations of all sizes.
